To open an account with y19e, you must meet the eligibility criteria listed below. y19e reserves the right to close any account that does not comply with these requirements.

• Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed immediately.

KYC Verification

Bet Acceptance

• Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final, unless a system error is proven.

Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the full stake for the affected bet will be refunded. For multiple bets, the odds of any cancelled event will be calculated as 1.00.

Maximum & Minimum Bet

Each market has a set minimum and maximum bet amount, displayed next to the market. y19e reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, particularly for major events or unusual betting patterns.

Y19e accepts deposits via all major mobile banking platforms in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact our support team.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Funds sent through third parties will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Keep screenshots of your deposit transactions — these will serve as proof if any issues arise.
• Y19e does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawing winnings is the right of every y19e member. We are committed to ensuring fast and hassle-free withdrawals, subject to the conditions below.

• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.
• To withdraw earnings from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled.

Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

Withdrawal requests may be declined or put on hold for any of the following reasons: incomplete account verification, suspicious activity, unmet bonus requirements, or an attempt to use a third-party payment method.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of generally 5–20x the bonus amount must be met (varies by offer).
• There is a set timeframe to meet wagering requirements — typically between 7 and 30 days.
• Not all sports and casino games may be eligible for bets placed with bonus balance.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.

Referral Bonus

Referring a friend to y19e can earn both of you a bonus. However, the referred person must make a genuine deposit to qualify for the referral bonus. Creating fake referral accounts will result in both accounts being terminated.

Y19e operates as a fair and transparent platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination as well as legal action.

• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money or legitimise illegal funds.
• Match Fixing: Knowingly placing bets on fixed matches or participating in match-fixing in any form.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• VPN Abuse: Using a VPN to bypass geographical restrictions.

Y19e reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any clause of the Terms & Conditions.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• If KYC information is found to be false or incomplete.
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.
• When the user submits a self-exclusion request.

Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time through our support team. Any available balance can be withdrawn before closure; however, any bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.
